Everything depends upon leadership - yet we devote so little time to pursuing it. Become a student of leadership and increase your capacity to lead - to lift others - to be lifted higher.

Can anyone become a leader? No. Why not? Because not everyone has the heart of a leader. We can all get better at the things a leader does, but only those that have AND develop the heart of leader achieve greatness. To be a leader - you must have the heart of a leader. Do you?

Honorable Leadership was founded to help both organizations and individuals discover their true leadership potential. Too many organizations think leadership is just a skill. While there are certainly skills involved (coaching, vision casting, strategic planning, team building, conflict resolution, etc...) Leadership is a matter of the heart.
If you, your team, or your organization are not achieving what you think it should, odds are that you are treating leadership primarily as a skill, without examing the heart of your team. While there are many tools available to qualify leadership skills, Honorable Leadership utilizes the Leadership Practices Index (LPI) developed by James Kouzes and Barry Posner.
