I mention this, because I look at things in a way that most people don't. This insight will be invaluable to you when I'm working within your organization.

Strengths: I am very intuitive and can see things that most people overlook. I ask tough questions and can very quickly tell you where the problems are in your organization and more importantly, I am also adept at helping you come up with creative solutions to solve them. I am also an outstanding facilitator of Strategic Planning sessions (regardless of industry), I can assist your organization in looking at possibilities for the future. In many situations I am a natural bridge builder and can work at all levels within your organization. This is invaluable in building a cohesive organization.

While you may be thinking that my background is a bit touchy feely for you, my life experiences have taught me to temper my idealism with a dose of reality. Being a retired Commander in the Naval Reserves and a PMI certified PMP, I know how to translate ideas into action.
